Tasting Notes:
The 2001 Cabernet greets you with a deep ruby color, and a nose that offers ripe blackberry, cassis, and a welcoming blast of gingerbread. The rich and velvety palate adds black cherry, black raspberry and bittersweet cocoa, followed by a long spicy finish, which leaves each sip with lasting hints of nutmeg and espresso. An exquisite food companion for a variety of game meats to simple grilled rib-eye.
