Our elegant and extremely versatile food-pairing Chardonnay returns with a remarkable showing in the 2007 vintage. As always, Cobblestone Chardonnay is made entirely from the fruit of our cobblestone-laden, old vines family estate in the Arroyo Seco appellation of central Monterey County.
The 2007 vintage is again a blend of our two Chardonnay clones: the Wente Traditional and the French ENTAV 809. At fourteen percent of the blend, this uncommon clone delivers some bright fruit and complexity, further supporting our Old World, well-balanced style.
