Cobblestone Cabernet Sauvignon is made entirely from the fruit of our family estate vineyard high atop Napa Valley’s Atlas Peak.

While the 2004 vintage delivered smaller yields than expected for many Napa Valley growers, we found that the fruit showed exceptional character and concentration.

The 2004 is a blend of our two Cabernet Sauvignon clones along with 6% Cabernet Franc, which further enhances the wine’s complexity. The well-balanced wine aged for 18 months in French oak followed by extended bottle aging, providing approachability on release with additional long-term cellaring potential.

The “Cobblestone Vineyard Reserve” represents the best of the best from our family estate vineyard on Napa Valley’s Atlas Peak.

The “Cobblestone Vineyard Reserve” represents the best of the best from our family estate vineyard on Napa Valley’s Atlas Peak.
As our Cabernet matures, we set aside what we consider the finest barrels of each of our two Cabernet Sauvignon clones. From this outstanding juice we then determine which percentage blend would possess the best structure and showcase the exceptional characteristics of the vintage.
In the case of the 2004 vintage, it was clear that a pure showing of Clone 4 could not be surpassed. The Clone 4 was truly complete in its intense black fruit, spice, minerality and balance.
The barrels selected for the 2004 Reserve Cabernet represent 95% new French oak, complementing the wine’s impressive structure which indicates very strong aging potential (15+ years).

Cobblestone Cabernet Sauvignon is made entirely from the fruit of our family estate vineyard 1500 feet high in Napa Valley’s Atlas Peak appellation. The exceptional 2005 vintage is a blend of our two Cabernet Sauvignon clones along with 9% Cabernet Franc.

The fruit from our mountain vineyard consistently delivers incredible complexity and structure. Following our tradition, we have provided extended bottle aging so we can present a wine that is approachable on release while still showing outstanding cellaring potential.

Unfined and unfiltered, the 2005 may be our richest and most intense vintage yet.

Our elegant and extremely versatile food-pairing Chardonnay returns with a remarkable showing in the 2007 vintage. As always, Cobblestone Chardonnay is made entirely from the fruit of our cobblestone-laden, old vines family estate in the Arroyo Seco appellation of central Monterey County.
The 2007 vintage is again a blend of our two Chardonnay clones: the Wente Traditional and the French ENTAV 809. At fourteen percent of the blend, this uncommon clone delivers some bright fruit and complexity, further supporting our Old World, well-balanced style.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this Rosé marks the first wine from Cobblestone’s new vineyard on Te Muna Road in the small village of Martinborough, New Zealand.
Following crush, the juice soaked for several hours with the skins allowing it to take on delicate color and flavors. The juice was then separated from the skins and fermented at a cool temperature in 100% stainless steel to retain its freshness and fruitiness.
