As our wine matures, we set aside what we consider the finest barrels of each of our two Cabernet Sauvignon clones and other Bordeaux varietals. From this outstanding juice we then determine the blend that would most showcase the exceptional characteristics of the vintage and possess the best structure for long-term cellaring potential.

90 Points, "Cellar Selection" - Wine Enthusiast
Along with 92% Cabernet Sauvignon (predominantly Clone 4), the 2005 Reserve also represents the inaugural showing of our Petit Verdot. While the 8% is the sum total of our 2005 Petit Verdot production, the juice was so stunning we knew it all needed to be part of our Reserve bottling.
